It's OK now, I am home...ate real food...drank a couple of glasses of milk...got a chance to use the bathroom...am still much too wired to go to sleep even though its nearly 2AM

That does sound good...there's just something wonderful about of home made chili in the cold winter time...especially when you're a bit under the weather like I am. I like to grab a couple of handfulls of shredded cheese and melt it on top, then eat it like dip with tortilla chips or crackers...

My coworkers have been very kind to me the last two nights, after my return from my father's funeral. Two nights ago they ordered out for pizza and milkshakes, last night they brought in homemade meatloaf and bread for sandwiches, along with milk and fresh veggies...I am blessed in them, they are truly kind and good people.
