I also saw the music video of that guy singing nagode in an urban context, and it is triipppppppy.

Since hearing it about a week ago I have the lyric "Lonely this Christmas" stuck in my head from a song by a band called Mud that was recorded in the 70s. I've even been singing it to myself at various points during the day...

OMG, Batty downloaded a YouTube video of "Let It Go" sung in about a billion languages. If that doesn't get the tune stuck in your head, nothing will!

Crazy day today... This was way better for me than the first 3 or 4 tunes I chose when I got home...

I'm not even sure what the song is, but I've heard it quite a few times and it's in my head because I heard it again lately.

It's a rock song that I think was used in the soundtrack of a movie, and the chorus is something like "Oh, don't let me down" (might have words wrong). The tune is stuck in my head right now...

I watched "Anchorman 2" over the weekend, and a couple of songs from that soundtrack have been playing round-robin in my head. Right now, Neil Diamond's "Shiloh" seems to be winning.

Ali- you amused me with the mention of that Disney song (which I shall not name) in different languages... sounded painful.

It wasn't as bad as it could have been. It's a pretty song, and the singers were apparently trained so that their voices sounded very much like Idina Menzel's.

I'd post a link to it, but somebody would accuse me of implanting an earworm....

If you've never listened to him before, his voice may take some getting used to. It's not a traditional style voice.

I think the first Tom Waits I ever heard was someone playing me the Small Change album. The songs are way too good for me to ever think there's a problem with his voice.

I like his voice, but I can see where it is quite different if you're used to, say, modern pop stars or classically trained singers.

I like artists with unconventional voices, Tom Waits included.
