and just to say that England have now qualify for the World Cup because Holland have beaten The Czech Republic. Scotland cannot not qualify either because Norway have won their game.

So much for my predictions.

The only bright spot for me was that I didn't make it to the bookies to put a bet on.

Comiseratory drinks were had aplenty last night, and boy, did I suffer for it this morning.

Following on from my last successful predictions post ( ) , here's my ones for Wednesdays' WC qualifiers.

Slovenia 0 - 2 Scotland ( We'll come good when the pressure is off)

England 0 - 1 Poland ( although it doesn't really matter )

Chelsea 5 - 1 Bolton, West Brom 2 - 1 Arsenal. One is just stupid and the other is... strange. Saints have made it 8 draws in a row

Celtic and Hearts drew. I'm happy with that.

Hopefully Rangers fall tomorrow.

I am sure Rangers will survive. Bitter becuase Celtic are not in the Champions League.

and on top of that Rangers have another win. Saints won a game as well(finally). Arsenal won, Man U and Spurs drew, Charlton won and Wigan won.

Well, will George Burleys departure from Hearts spell the end of their good form?

Something a bit suspect about that. Looks like Romanov wants to do it all himself.

Last night proved that Chelsea can be beaten, the fell to the might of Charlton(juest, though). Only league cup, though.
Rangers drew with the bottom club, 2 -2, they scored 2 in the space of 4 minutes.

What is it with these East European Directors? First Milan Mandaric, now Romanov. Reminds me of the Vogler character in House. Just say no!
