I apologize for the blandness of my last post, but I feel it gets the job done. For now the players are free to roam where they wish and do as they please. It should be noted that all the players are headed to the mines in the morning and thus should be back at the warehouse before sunrise or face the consequences of breaching their contracts.

I hope to post over the weekend. Cheking KW at the moment is not so easy. The uni here is rather quiet at the moment and, though I have an office and a room all to myself, neither have net access at this time! The library, of course, is shut after 5

That suits things over in RT at the moment. If none of the other PCs respond to Ingmann's offer, can I just nominate an NPC to do it and run my own encounter?

The Arseholes that provide my internet at my new house have informed me that they wont be connecting my internet till Thursday now. Im pretty pissed about this. I have, uh, needs that only the internet can properly cater for. Literature can only do so much.

As such, there will be further delay sorry

Yeah bro. Wankers. On top of that, they're taking me off Cable and putting me on ADSL internet. So like, I wont have light speed internet anymore. Now I'll have to wait whole seconds before I can enjoy some premium video content on some sites we all know and love, eh eh? *Winks shifty as hell*

I hate not having net.

No worries man. Telstra should really work on their steez. Though with Telecom executives commiting seppuku left right and centre, maybe they won't need to. Someone needs to hide the tantos.

Hide 'em? I'd be setting up a table out from of the office building, selling cheap tanto knock-offs, 1/3 the price.

Oh, and for those of us experiencing winter right now, what's a steez?

Steez. Pronouced Steaze (as in ease). A minor local South Island (NZ) slang, possible origin "Styles", although vaguely analogous with "skills" depending on usage. Often preceded by "mad", but only when used as a compliment.

Usages.

Past tense: "That was the mad steez!"

"His guitar steez were incredible." (Alternatively: "He had the mad guitar steez.")

Present tense: "That (man/woman/manatee) has mad steez." (Here used in original form of skills/style, but could also be used to describe wealth or opulence, any general positive. ie "Hey thats a pretty cool Manatee!" or "Hey that Manatee just inherited the Hilton fortune!" could both be expressed by the above sentence).

"What's the steez? (What's the situation/vibe/buzz?)"

(Referring to your house) "Pretty sweet steez eh cuz/mate/bro?"

"No steez mate." (General negative)

"Can't find the beer steez." (Mindless sentence tag on)

"Telstra should really work on their steez." (Telstra are a bunch of muppets.)

Seppuku with a finely crafted Japanese blade: Excruciating. Seppuku with a cheap, blunt, tanto knockoff: Priceless.

I just wouldn't recommend the matching katana for your buddy. You're better off to just keep trying with the tanto until you get it right.
