Ah, yes, the Fuji S5000 has a 10x optical zoom lens, I believe. That's the power of MEGAZOOM right there. Fabulous shots of a fabulous bird! My compliments to Reclucemage.

This one was taken at my mothers house using incandescent bulb light,along with flash.I call it 'A Little Blond Harry Potter Crouching on 30 Year Old Linolium With a Mouth Full of Candy at Halloween',the subject is my youngest son Steven.

HA!I am always looking for an excuse to post pics of the kids.I actually have some B&W pics I made of stuff and people that I am planning to post.Most of them are of elderly people I know doing yardwork,gardening,canning,quilting,looking off in the distance etc...along with some of overgrown old barns,rusted old vehicles and tractors etc...I seem to have a fascination with relics,both animate and inanimate.
