Trying this again. Taking Benadryl, hoping it'll make me not dream.

Benadryl usually helps me fall asleep and stay asleep, but I can't recall that it stops me from dreaming.

If you are having an ongoing sleep problem, have you considered seeing a doctor? My friend couldn't sleep due to a hormone imbalance.
