Glad to hear that it's nothing too serious. Take care

Yay, Lorelei! I'm so glad to hear that it's nothing serious!

And Jaz, I'm glad you were able to get some help with the depression. If you can't afford the counselor, try to look for one that offers sliding scale payments. There are usually a few in every area. And if you want to talk about it, just send me a PM. |G

As for me, I feel blah. But a friend is going to take me out tonight, so that should improve my mood a bit. :)

I feel excited. I was just chosen as one of six people in my university to be sponsored to go on pilgrimage in Italy in December! :)

Annoyed. My internet connection has started dropping out every couple of minutes.

I hate when that happens......especially when I can't figure out why.

This is the third or fourth time it's done this in the last six months. I'm not sure how long it lasted the other times before it went back to normal.
It seems at the minute to be remaining connected for just over 7 minutes 30 seconds and then disconnecting, every time--very predictable.

Edit: Last dropout was after ~12 minutes connected. I reset the router, and it's now been connected 15 minutes. I'm starting to feel hopeful...

I sympathise. Mine's like that all the time. Ask anyone who's chatted to me on MSN in the last six months.

A strange woman called me twice at home yesterday afternoon to propose that we have sex. While flattering I suppose, I don't need complications like this in my life.

What is really troubling to me is that this woman mentioned that one of my co-workers gave her my number and named this co-worker by name. The person was aware that I am married, and on the second call asked me "what's wrong, are you afraid of getting some?". The co-worker btw is a married female.

I filled my wife in on what was going on, then I called my boss and told him about the whole thing. Giving my home phone number out to crazy, nympho chicks that I don't know crosses the damn line, what would have happened if my wife had answered the phone?

Anyway, I took a personal day today because I just don't feel like being around this person. I hope she gets fired.

That's just...ludicrous. I hope your boss takes some kind of action. It's really not appropriate.

I'm not sure whether or not to laugh or sympathize, SBG. That is.....

disturbingly hilarious. :)

I got a new cell phone, that I'm really excited about!

but of course, for some inexplicable reason, the phone is locked. The code to unlock it is supposed to be the last four digits of my phone number, and I tried that but it didn't work. So now I have to take it in to a store tonight and see if they can fix it...I just LOVE technology!

Other than that, my day's been great!

SBG, that's just messed up. I hope she gets fired too. Let me know if you need any cruel and sneaky ideas for revenge if she doesn't.....

Planning on having a drink later, so that for the first time, in a really long time, I can pass out as opposed to going to sleep. It's been a long month already, and I think I can justify throwing back a few for "medicinal purposes".

Just remember to drink a big glass of water before you pass out to help minimalize the hangover.

Not having that many, I just haven't drank since New Year's and before that it was last summer. I've mellowed a lot since having a baby. ;)
