Well, I second the suggestion that we extend the deadline, mabye.

But otherwise, if Lore is staying out for good, then I vote that we just end the game. I mean, unless Xar has something specific for us to do, or mabye another baddy for me to fight, I don't really have any other plans in this game. And I'm ready to make a new guy.

Balon, that doesn't really sit well with me. It suggests you think none of the other players in this game are of any importance to you, or that Nor was so important that nothing else matters. There are other people in the game.

No Fist. That's not it, okay? And I recall you threatening to quit because you didn't like the way things were going. I'm quitting because I can't deal with the stress and the fact that the one thing that made Nor worth playing was just taken away from me. Jesus, I was saying from day one I always wanted to have Nor defeated eventually. Give me a break.

Didn't mean to convey the wrong idea. What I meant was that with this character I wanted to (and am currently) playing him as the arrogant White side.

Without a Black side for him to fight against, I got nothing to go on. Unless the rest of the players would be okay with me making a drastic change in Adomorn, he's dead without a bad guy. Doesnt matter to me who it is, it was YOU for awhile.

Thats why I wanted to know if Xar had any plans in mind for the future of 2.0

You don't think Argothoth or Asta could fill that role?

Dunno. Peter and I have had a bunch of OOC conversations about his guy, and I dont think he's planning on playing him as a baddy.

As for Argothoth, I've got my bases covered.

Whoa!!! I have had one of the worst afternoons possible.

First I am told at work that I am not 'promotable' even though I am getting an MBA (I'm not in the boy's club, I think) and now this.

Lore, I hope your mind is not made up. You are one of the factors that has made the game so interesting and fun. Everyone gets frustrated with the dynamics of the game now and then. Not so long ago Bhakti was going to quit because he got fed up. There have been times when I have as well. Please reconsider. Your posts are some of the best and I always laugh.

I am all for postponing the moves for another week in hopes that Lore will take a break from all of us and come back and be his devilish Nor Yekith once again.

If Lore carries through ... I propose we ALL push our GODLY powers into DESTROYING the world ... and bring on the Third Age ... oooohhhhh .... I know ... EACH one of us can eat one of Undine's Slugs!!!

I apologize if I misunderstood that part of your posts. Seriously, I'm sorry. I don't know how to interpret what you wrote, but it doesn't matter. I didn't think that was the greater part of your reason for quitting anyway.
