Had a wonderful surprise tonight.....
My neighbor won Pempton tickets off the radio.
I love Frampton, probably the most joyous player you'll ever hear.

I went to see Camera Obscura last night, they were very good. They sound a bit like Belle & Sebastian.

They were indeed! Have had an awful hanging day at work today though! I'm glad to finally understand what that 'keeping your poop in a jar' song is all about. very sound reasoning too.

Saw Journey and Def Leppard last night. Though I'm not a Journey fan, I've gotta say they were tight.

Went home for the weekend, and my parents were going to see The Damned. and had a spare ticket. They were pretty good--in fact, I'd say a few of the songs I recognised were performed better live than in the recorded versions (admittedly, most of those are from around thirty years ago).

Last month Paul and I saw the Trans-Siberian Chr-stmas concert at the Jacksonville Memorial Arena. We saw them for the first time last year at Madison Square Garden and ere happy they were coming fairly close to see them again.
Here is some video of the show from a different venue. Same playlist and light show as what we saw. It will give you an idea of why we enjoyed the shows.

I saw The Australian Pink Floyd show a week ago in St. Louis. Excellent show and I've seen them 3 times now. They are a MUST SEE for all Pink Floyd fans.

Indeed they are. Only two original members, though. They're in the middle of a big tour--I saw them at Durham Uni. Looking at the dates on their site now, I see they were touring the west coast of the US during November.

Well, it's good to see The Captain is still at the helm, but it ain't the same without Rat Scabies.
