Actually, lately something like that has happened to me as well... as far as I understand it's not that someone sent a PM and then retrieved it, but rather that the board's email notification arrives late, so that if you received, say, 7 PMs in three days, you might receive no emails at all until the fourth day, and then receive seven emails at the same time.

Sister, I guess I am being unclear in what I understand the AllFather is asking of us.
He
doesn't want us to enter the mists. But he has also said he would not
verify if he would consider Vadhaka's plan of action this Turn (which I think is
wonderful myself) without being petitioned regarding it. The only method he has ever mentioned of someone of the Pantheon petitioning him is the way Simjen did by entering the mists. That method can not be done again. I have heard of no other
formal way of petitioning the AllFather either, meaning a way that would be accepted "in Game."
Again, we don't
have to have the AllFather's verification that he would accept the donated DRP and then apply Vadhaka's plan. We can have someone collect the DRP and send it in without knowing what will happen. But for me, two-thirds of my power is a lot to donate for a "maybe." I would prefer to know that such a plan would be feasible to the AllFather before I donate that much of myself to it. Otherwise, I will do what I planned to do before, if those plans are still ongoing and those I trust advise me to continue to do so.
