Please explain to me the Oracles. I see that the information they give assists their respective courts, and there seems to be a limit on the "minutes used" in asking questions, but how is that advice different from the information that a non-aligned deity can access?

Since the "Oracle" is really Xar...who gets to choose who possesses what knowledge. (Or rather, who recieves what knowledge. Nothing he can do after that about who it gets shared with.Damelon wrote:O.K.
