O.K.

Please explain to me the Oracles. I see that the information they give assists their respective courts, and there seems to be a limit on the "minutes used" in asking questions, but how is that advice different from the information that a non-aligned deity can access?

I can't help you there, High L-rd. The Oracles are new to the Game this time. I'm wondering those same things myself.

...not to mention Aarklar may be willing to cryptically answer questions on occasion...

Since the "Oracle" is really Xar...who gets to choose who possesses what knowledge. (Or rather, who recieves what knowledge. Nothing he can do after that about who it gets shared with. :) )

Hmm...

I believe that is debatable, my l-rd. I like the national diversity of the players of the Sunrise Court. I suspect some different creative thinking may arise out of that.

We shall see.

Well, Mistress O-gon-cho, do not think the Sunrise court is the only court that has diversity.

The Sunset court is diverse also but very well organized.
