Any idea when we're going to get Races and Prohpets?
Also, did anyone bring up the idea of having different subsets of Humans for 3.0? Islander, Desert Dweller, City People, etc...?

I'd like that a lot.

I think that you can setup any variant you want to humans.
But i don't think that it should have a "weight" in the game... the are still humans.

Just make your culture how you want it, depending on the local.

Races and Prophets will be discussed once all Gifts are in, so that if someone does something for the Gift that will have a lasting effect on a race, that is taken into account.
You can of course describe the culture you want to have as you prefer - but it likely won't have any noticeable in-game effect, save for flavor.

Hark to me, Fallen Ones, as the time is upon you when you shall be elevated once more, in the service of Peace. Hark, and learn of the task I would give to you, to lead all the peoples of the world upon the true path.

...grumbing...
...Yeah...fine...
you get a custom race...
I like the reveal you shared. I look forward to seeing what you'll do now.
Just to let my fellow Sunrise Court member know...m'l-rd Bel, I believe once I receive an answer to a question, I too will be persuing the Fallen Ones. I have experience with slow growing followers, so this is not a concern of mine. But it may give you cause to reconsider if we will be splitting limited numbers of an already minor race.
The AllFather assures me there are plenty for two deities to vie for though.

Name and Titles: Tawhiri-matea, the Cloud Lord

Major Domain: Weather
Holy Symbol: A tiki statue of a laughing face.
Race: Humans
Dogma: "All power originates from the contrasts and paradoxes that spawned them. In the Weather you see a living metaphor for the contrasts those contrast and paradoxes that spawned life itself. For without one, the other would be meaningless. The blazing heat of a drought and the fierce cold of a blizzard. The gentle caress of wind and the mercilessness of a tornado. Clouds thicker than sunlight and a shining rainbow. There is power in these contrasts and paradoxes. More power than you can imagine."

Not new I'm afraid Rothmog, simply rather quiet at this time. I thank you for your greeting however, and for the hugs.
