Maybe your wisdom teeth are related to your morning problem.
Like it's pressuring a nerve or something?
I don't know.

I'm feeling ok.
Work is crazy but a good crazy.

I'm ok this morning! It's payday, and sunny outside, what more could you ask for? And since I know how much yall care about my car: I'm going to order strut bars for my car when I get home and I'm very excited :D I had a dream last night about sway bars but they're a lot pricier, so they'll wait.

Luci- I don't know how much sugar I eat, I really don't pay attention to that sorta thing. I dont eat a lot of food, though. Maybe I'll try to pack more sugar in my diet? Or did you mean eat less?

Oh, I'm going to need advice. I have Mirror of Her Dreams and A Man Rides Through. Should I read them when I finish WGW, or should I go straight to the runes book?

I would definitely go straight to Runes......I read it after years of absence from the books, and have somewhat regretted that I didn't re-read WGW before I read Runes, going in cold like that it took awhile to "get into it", ya know? ;)

Yeah, that's what I fingered, but... I stupidly read a spoiler that lets me know that
Spoiler
TC dies
and that really kinda makes me not want to read them for a while. Ahh well, I probably will suck it up and deal.

That spoiler seems a bit....misleading? At least, it does to me. Don't let it sway you, Waddley.

There, changed the spoiler to be a little more (?) accurate.

Uhh....yeah, but that's not that big a deal in the Land.

i meant eat less. but next time you go to have a physical...have your blood sugar tested...they can do it easily when they do the pin-stick in your finger thing.

eat less bread, less sugar. see if that makes a difference.

*curses repeatedly*

My grandfather was talking on the phone to my dad. My grandfather and I had long ago planned to go to an Alabama football game, cause we're fans. Although I couldn't pick up the conversation completely, I quickly deduced that my dad wanted to go too. Thing is, he's a total deadbeat who's only bothered to see me ONCE since I've been back from Britain. That was early June. He lives ACROSS THE STREET. On top of that, his 70 year old mother drives him EVERYWHERE; he's over 50!

Now, back to the unfolding drama: my grandfather finishes talking to my dad, and says, "David, take this phone back up." I take the phone, start walking upstairs, and remark, "Man, does he want to go with us to Alabama cause I'm not going if he's coming!" I came downstairs and was quickly informed by my grandfather that my dad was still on the phone when I said that.

....
Bah. So maybe my grandfather could have said "Your father wants to talk to your grandmother," rather than a shadowy "take this phone up." But I think, in the end, it was good my dad heard that. He needs a wake-up call, methinks, and I sometimes tire of acting like everything's "all right" around him.

Don't worry, as SRD says himself, they aren't called the Last Chronicles of THOMAS COVENANT for nothing.

I'm thinking maybe you're right. Then again, he could go into a big sulky mood about it ...heck, just go to the game and enjoy it. It's his problem if he's gonna be negative about things. Other people's negativity can only affect you if YOU let it.

The only *truth* about Uma Thurman is that she's really a guy.

If by "guy" you mean "awesomly sexy woman" then yeah, you're right.

I am very grateful that the work week will be over at midnight tonight. :D it's been a rough week, what with the US Inspector General here all week for a visit, and with some of our staff who serve in the army reserves being suddenly and abruptly called up for active duty and being sent overseas for the next year. At least they are being sent to Kosovo rather than an active war zone.

Our electricity was out for a long time this week following some thunderstorms, and I am glad it is back up; we have a well so cannot shower when the power is out, as our little generator is not strong enough to run the well's pump.

I'm very tired, and I hope to sleep for a long time indeed (12 hours or so should do the trick) when I get home from work. :D 8)

Thank God for weekends. :D :D :D 8) 8) 8)

Tired (it's been a long week), but great. Loremaster and I finally chatted on the phone today (although when I first answered the phone I had no idea who I was talking to!). Tell ya what though, he's probably got the sexiest voice I've ever heard!

"Suave"...yes, I guess you could say that. But from a woman's point of view (well, this woman's point of view), God (!) it's a voice that has the potential to make you go ga-ga! <waves to Lore :D >

Good morning everyone!!

I feel like sunshine and tulips today, thank you for asking! Tonight I should feel like wind and roses, and tomorrow morning, if all goes well, I'll feel like fog and asphalt.
