I don't think anyone actually explained what a quiche was, so I will. It's basically egg and cheese baked in a pastry case. They have a third ingredient, generally either ham, tomato or broccoli, but the sky's the limit really. I'm rather partial to them.
I guess in Australia you can't claim to be a real man unless you exist on a diet of Fosters and Funnel Web spiders.
