Newsflash: the word "irony" doesn't mean "a bit like iron"
Shockingly, some people have claimed that I'm egocentric... but hey, enough about them

Bonus points if anyone can tell me a) the original name of the dog and b) the name of the movie that the three black and white Ravers are taken from.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT.
I will hold an intrusive contest-ling in the spirit of the season. Illustrate yule-celebrations (or christmas or winter solstice, according to your deities of choice) in the Land, post- or pre- Last Dark. Bonus points for making it as tacky and iffy as possible. The stump of Caer-Caveral as a yule log? Foul as joulupukki? What about the Giants?
Deadline: the end of the year. Prizes TBA.

Eeek! About the prizes. I've neglected to congratulate the previous winner And anyway I promised to give away all my WGDs, so prizes for both:
The main contest: 2000 WGDs and 1000 Tokens
The "intrusive contest-ling" 1000 WGDs and 400 Tokens
TheFallen wins the main contest with the wonderful multi-piece collage with so much in it, even my fave Star Trek And has the crown now, or apparently after the contest-ling.

The argh-snowman reminds me of the wiki images TheFallen posted...we do not really ken the nature of their likeness, do we now?
Aand WF's Foulgubben appears to challenge MickeyM's submissions! Is that just me, or does the Illearth...goo...ectoplasm...spread a stink of some ilk?
Thanks Effy for the prize contributions! Hopefully we'll get a deluge of contestants now that the stakes (steaks?) have grown juicier!

It's just you. Anyone with a discerning eye for bad art recognizes green plumes of steam when they see them. BTW, my work is based on this passage:Frostheart Grueburn wrote:Is that just me, or does the Illearth...goo...ectoplasm...spread a stink of some ilk?
In The Power That Regifts was wrote:By faint degrees, he became material, drifted from corporeal absence to presence. Perfectly chubby arms, cloaked in red, grew slowly
visible - an old, grand, leonine head, capped in fur and bearded with flowing white hair - a little round belly, that shook when he laughed like
a bowlful of jelly. Only his eyes showed no change, no stern, impressive surge of incarnation; they flashed constantly at Covenant like a
string of blinking lights.
When he was fully present, Lord Foul folded his arms on his chest and said harshly, "Merry bloody Christmas, groveler."

If that's what you think it is, then thank you, as you have validated how badly illustrated my context entry is.Frostheart Grueburn wrote:So what is that in all sooth?
