I wasn 't familiar with the original, but I believe that is the cover from 1987?

Looking at the video, yes that is the one she is covering, but I would have trouble recognizing them as the same song, she changes it up so much. Says she grew up singing to this song in her "goth" phase.

oh I just found that on my own! i liked the original better! And this is even better....

I just realised I've got Sisters of Mercy and The Mission mixed up. In my defence i had them both taped on the same tape.... :oops:
