Lyr, if that was your ploy it was a terrible idea. Don't you realize that in death Av would just become a martyr? And, martyrdom would only serve to rally others to his cause. Soon, we'd be hip deep in pot smoking anarchists.

Was great to discover how much lively conversation is going on around these books. They're not all that popular in my country, although there must be a recent resurgance, (possibly because of Runes) as I'm seeing the existing chronicles reappearing in the book stores now.
This annoys me, as I was first introduced to them 14 years ago, and you wouldn't believe the trouble I had getting them all in my hands back then.
Still, I've been reading and re-reading them over those 14 years, and it's wonderful to discover how many others have taken equal, or greater, pleasure in them.
Still, just saying "Howzit" to start off, and looking forward to many interesting topics.
