Prebe could say it better than I can, but as far as he let me know via email, he had to quit the Watch because it takes too much of his time. I hope it is just a temporary hiatus; Jastrau will be "inactive" until such a time as he returns.

What are you, the Flash? I just finished typing the thing :P

Anyway, I told him to think about it... let's hope he changes his mind. Who will I be arguing religions with otherwise?

In other news, turn 8 is completed, and seems to be rather juicy (sorry for the catastrophes). Enjoy!

For the benefit of all players:

Image

Sorry it's a) a bit blurry--Paint doesn't like jpegs; b) missing a city--Xar missed Nor Leviathan off the map.
Colours were assigned arbitrarily, although I did think it was funny to make Queeaqueg pastel yellow.

So, Xar: Nor Leviathan is missing, and Fort Hope is listed as Adomorn's in topic. Fix? (Edit: If Nor Leviathan is missing because of the shroud covering Nor Yekith's lands, then ignore this.)

The only thing is that Alsanin has converted to my worship, not Meddla. I have asked the All Father to remedy things when he has a chance.

Hmmm, my new city is meant to be on the island southwest of Linver, not on the continent. If that's deliberate, I think I need to invent a compass or something.

No Jastrau? Damn.

Good turn. :D Worth the wait. (Just. ;) )

[out of character]Uh, say, Nor Yekith knows my follower was captured, (and is kindly returning her), but does that mean he recieved events? Thought we were blind if we manifested...Xar? *Confused*[/ooc]

I was only told events that could be passed to me via my followers - i.e. the Houka informed Nor Yekith that they had taken the follower.[/i]

Nor Yekith wrote:Lord Adamorn,
One of your knights invaded my lands and slayed some Houka before being killed. Before he died, he stated that an army will march to avenge him. Given that he entered my lands to kill my Houka, don't you think it's a little hypocritical of him to make such a claim? Further, will you invade? Actually, I think you might just do as such - given that your crusade has now reached the southern coast of your continent - at Landiir. What are your intentions? Where is the crusade headed? I do hope the god of justice is honest enough to admit his aims.
That is called a Freudian Slip!

Thanks for a good game fellow Deities. Jastrau will return to the Nirvana that is IRL. Linver and a bunch of loyal followers are yours for the taking. Unless the All Father decides to NPC him or decides on deicide ;)

Actually, I noticed Nor Leviathan's absence and corrected the map immediately afterwards. There are a couple of mistakes in the map, which I will fix as soon as possible. I think the idea of different colors could be good - I'll see what I can do on the official map :P

No, that's actually deliberate... you may "thank" the free will of your followers, who decided the continent would be much better than an island to found a city :P

Shame Nor Leviathan was missed first off. Damn fine city.
