Heh, yeah, I saw that tour, then I saw Poison, Cinderella, Winger, and Faster Pussycat together about 4 years ago up in PA.

Winger actually shocked me both times I saw them. Really excellent musicians, and a really tight band.

I'm jealous of Cail's Faster Pussycat and Malik23's Traffic! Wouldn't it be great if you could 'trade' your live experiences????

That was, and still is, the single loudest thing I have EVER experienced in my whole life. The 'feedback solo' during Feed Me .... particularly loud, and the sort of reverse strobe lighting 8O

Roger Waters tix? Not sure, but they'll be expensive I bet.
Been trying to win some off the radio.
I've had good luck in the past.
(Yes, Pink Floyd, Marshall Tucker/Molly Hatchet, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and a few others.)
When push comes to shove, I'll break down and buy some.

I managed to get some Police tickets. . . right side of the stage, and I only forked over $50 for each. My best friend and her soon-to-be husband will be going with me. Sting. . . here I come!

Rumor has it that Ozzy is going on tour later this year to promote his new release "Black Rain".
Rumor has it that he will be putting on FREE concerts also!
(Take THAT TicketMaster!)
But remember... so far it's just a rumor.

I missed last night's Clutch performance, but I did bump into Neil Fallon in the pub afterwards. I didn't speak to him, because he looked exhausted, but he was sitting a couple of tables away from me and my girlfriend. Which was nice.

Well, not that anyone here would know him, but I just scored a couple of great tickets for my wife and I to see Latin singer, Chayanne. Generally not my stuff, but one of his songs is "our song" and she loves him. The best part ... the concert is on the same day as her birthday.

Wow, thats pretty cool.
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.

I saw Reel Big Fish last night, and Biffy Clyro the weekend before.

I've been hearing that the Police shows have been sucking. Sounds like they can't overcome their old grumpies with each other to put on a decent show. Two eyewitness reports. I'm glad I didn't bother buying tickets now, as I seriously considered it.

For those that did, and have gone, lemme know how it turned out. I wanna know.

About three weeks ago I saw Dave Matthews live, and let me tell you- those men know how to put on a damn fine show. It was the third night they'd played the desert venue, and Dave's voice was just beaten up, but you couldn't tell when he sang, only when he talked. They did a lot of instrumental parts, I don't know if that's usual for them or if it was to give Dave a break.

Very much a quality show, and I will most definitely be seeing them again next time they come around.

I also saw 311 about a month ago, and they were excellent as well :)
