Luci, I like the first one. It looks as though the building is losing it's hold on our reality, and fading away. :D

Lore, I wish I had that kind of view from my bedroom. Glorious!

Luci, the second shot is my fave. I always like pictures and/or paintings of quiet street scenes, neighborhoods, etc. :)

Submitted for your perusal...I've uploaded 5 new pics into the album, all from a New Year's photo binge. I think I pushed my simple camera to its limits that weekend (and my own tolerance for cold), but I got back some shots that I was very happy with.

We need a "Descriptions of things you would have photographed if you owned a camera" thread. Might be a little dull compared to this one, though.

There are many things I cannot do. Drawing is just one of them.

Maybe take a picture of what you would have done a crayon drawing of the thing you can't photograph?

Well, I can, technically, photograph things. It's just with the camera in my phone, which doesn't exactly have the best quality. Tried to take a picture yesterday, and couldn't make out any detail.

I'll cheat: it looked a lot like this, ut brighter, and the moon was clearer, and the clouds looked really cool. Stepped out the front door yesterday and it was right there in front of me. Shame I couldn't get a pic.

Murrin, I feel your pain. Having just rediscovered my love for photography, I couldn't bear to be without a camera at my side now.

We should start a fund to get a proper camera for Murrin!

Hey, nice dramatic angles, Luci! Throw in some theme music and slick title credits and those dudes have a show on their hands!

Lights! Camera! Action!
