Including Kragen? I'll have to try to look it up...

OK I give up. I've tryed to find the exact answer--but it's tough--I did find "a mad baron's son" and, of course, there's Kragen so I'll award Usivius the correct answer-the next question is up to him.

In the meantime: what was the name of the place where Queen Madin and Torrent lived?

It's Haven House located on the outskirts of Romish. :P

What mirrors, other than Gerarden's copy of the mirror depicting the champion, are said to have been broken during the riot over the Castellan?

Was there more than one mirror that showed the slug?
Spoiler
Since the slug is one of the weapons used by the baddies in the battle of Esmerel valley, there must still have been a mirror showing it at that time.

The question was "said to have been". It refers to what they believed to be the case at the time, whether or not that ended up being true.

Sherlock was right about the mirrors. As for the slug, I was confused about that too.
Spoiler
But it was Eremis' mirror. Remembering the formula, he must have re-cast it once he left Orison.
And since Sherlock isn't around, I'll pose a question...

How did Artagel know Terisa was attacked by Apts of the Monomach after the meeting between the Lords, Eremis and Kragen?

Easy one... he examined their bodies, and found a sigil on their armour identifying them as such.

Ok... the riders who eventually attack Geraden, almost (but not quite) matching Terisa's dream... Where did their riding tack come from?

Hmmmm....How many candles did Havelock see when he first confronted Vagel, (the time when he lost his mind)? He equates their number to the types of madness and mystery...
