Great Game Kins!

Good luck in the Championship!

I just set my lineup for my game against you, Brinn; you may as well give up now!

Yeah...an absolutely pathetic performance. I was lucky to beat Lead Foot, cuz I have so many players that are duplicated in both leagues...Burress, Moss, Kevin Jones, Gates, Branch. Fortunately my others stepped up and got me to the Watchers championship game.

And so it is...me and Kins are head up against one another in both leagues, for 3rd place in the Saints and Sinners, and for all the marbles in the Watchers league.

And I am Saints heavy in my Watchers roster this week. One bad offensive performance by the Saints, and it spells doom for my championship aspirations, but worse yet...a loss and we are (for all sense and reason) out of the wildcard playoff spot.

We have to win both remaining games, and hope for the Vikings to lose one, or the Giants to lose two.

Giants remaining games are @ Buffalo and home vs. the Patriots. That ain't easy by any stretch of the imagination. I could see them easily losing those two games.

The Vikings have to lose either @ Denver, or home vs. the Redskins. If they win both of those games, then they will close out the regular season with a 9 game winning streak. They will deserve to be there. But should they stumble (most likely @ Denver), then the door opens up for the Saints.

But the Saints absolutely have to win their last two. Home against the Eagles, then away at Chicago. We owe the Bears a little something after they knocked us out of the NFC Championship game last year. Damn, I sure hope that game means something for us!!!

Who Dat?????????

Brees, Colston, AP and the NE D won me 50 bucks and 1st place in a legal weekly draft at Instant Fantasy Sports and, believe me, I'm going to try to draft both of those Saints again this week!!!

Congratulations jelerak, the 2007 Kevins Watch Fantasy Football Champion!

We will be selecting our 3 keepers and drafting the reminder of our team after 31 August.

Congrats to the Giants and their Fans. You guys really earned this one and capped one of the most improbable playoff runs of all time!

Pats had a great season but in the end it is still a failure. Thank god I'm used to the juggernaut getting upset by a big underdog as it happened to me in this years fantasy football league! ;)

I was PMing with jelerak and we were wondering where ol' Kins was. Anyway I guess it's time to start thinking about signing up and getting ready for the draft. I'm taking my first try at being a commish of the 12 team split conference Fantasy Fanatics league (go to Fantasy Fanatics.com if you want to join more than one league--there are some pretty damm intense players over there, and we're only starting to sign up) so I couldn't handle The Watchers--we need Kins back, he's one dam good commissioner. I think jel has sent him a PM. So we have 2 players let's get at least 8 more.

Everyone remember that we set this up where it was going to be a keeper league, too. It was decided that we would keep 3, so everyone should start planning who they are wanting to keep.

As long as we don't have a draft like last year. I remember driving around while I was at work and getting calls fro Kins, Brinn and Danlo when I was up. I was trying to drive, while looking at my cheat sheets and getting updates as to who was still available.

Huh...must have worked out, though...considering I WON THE DAMN LEAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys...

Fairly soon I'll puting the 08 league together but I'll set the draft for probably last week of August and keepers due by draft time. I'm still working on exactly how we'll do it...

cool join up! We still need 3 more, and I've set up a post at Ahira's Hangar (in the Ice Dome) called "Dairy of a Fantasy Fanatic" where you can ask me all the questions you want, or ask the other guys here. Just remember that we usually talk only about the Watcher's league here at the Hangar. Or, you can ask the members and the experts for advice at Fantasy Fanatics.

To sign up go to my post at FF called "Fanatics League Forming" then find the league id number & password and go to Yahoo Fantasy sports/football/join a custom league and type in the id and password and create your team.

I've responded to the email I got inviting me to re join the Yahoo league. I signed up.
I created Glurpworld yahoo league too. Can't play too much Fantasy Football. If I'm playing in 2 or 3 leagues the odds of winning are much better. :-) I set our draft on the 23rd but I don't see that the draft has been set yet on "The Watchers" league. I'll keep checking in.

I'm sure it's just an oversight. There are only two other teams listed on the Watchers league, Leviathan and Pork Chop Express so there are a few others that haven't signed up yet.
