More viking metal! I'm on my regular computer today, so I can follow the link! Your passion for runestone, hawt giants and hairy dwarves is coming into focus. :D

You *might* like this one, even if it is not metal.

Thanks, that was quite pretty. :D I do mainly listen to metal, but enjoy folk/medieval also. Regarding sound and feeling, the closest match on my playlists might be Lumsk: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCFfuq_1iJA
And the first song I remember just has to tell about bloody jötnar...not giving a very versatile image here. Where did that notion about dwarves come from, tho? :hide:

Does a love for electro explain a fancy for these artificial creatures, the smexy bald ur-viles? :P

Cute song. Well, I just assumed you are into hairy dwarves from all the hairy dwarf fan fiction/erotica you write.

Yes, that's why i'm into urviles. They are the industrial goths of the land. So hawt!
Faith and the muse - Cantus Has some of the edginess and epic storiness you might appreciates. A sort of martial medieval song.

Not bad. :D Might see if they have this band on spotify. I can't recall too many examples of bands combining industrial/ambient/such from my playlists; Equilibrium's probably the one using most electro elements, and it's a prime example of pompous, epic storyness. youtu.be/KwBqEUWI2SU
Tenhi has more ambient songs: www.youtube.com/watch?v=l8uDlHN26xs

Oh, and:
Spoiler
You might head over to the LOTR dwarf het/slash archive, they have a cross-over contest and your experiences with depicting long ur-vile hawtness scenes might create some interesting twists. They're just about the right size too! Then there's always that potent Vain, what with being half of the staff of law and everything.
(fyi, we're not being serious. ;))

 That "not being serious" reminded me of a joke (from OSP, a Russian show)

- Uncle, why do you always say "A joke!" after a joke?
- Because once I didn't

And currently listening to the instrumental theme from the "Guest from the Future" credits www.youtuberepeat.com/watch/?v=sAdug2Kqfdg

Yes, like that, on repeat)

I was sniggering at this yesterday since these sorts of fics definitely exist on the internet (not my thing...to each to their own). Followed a few fic sporking communities at Livejournal some years back and they had occasionally some quite interesting specimens. Won't go into details. Thence also stems my deep despising of Mary Sues.

Music from the original XFiles movie and from the album put together inspired by the tv show. Don't know why it took me so long to get around to checking out these songs. Love the Foo Fighters, Sheryl Crow, Tonic, etc. offerings.
