Today I feel tired yet wound up. I did two days of work in one day, but I didn't finish work until 8pm. No wonder I'm still wound up at 12:30 in the morning. I'm running about 2 hours behind in my evening. Ah, well. . . I'll head off to bed in a minute.

Other than that, I am still fighting the vestiges of bronchitis (I've had it two weeks now). What I wouldn't give to be rid of my cough. . .

Good night, everyone.

I feel great! I just discovered someone that I can realte with, and made freinds for the first time with this person. Too bad I didnt get to know her in Highschool. Well, we're all dumb back then.

oddly enough Octopus brings up two zoo related points. we have an octopus on order! I can not wait. and the otters are being put back in front of the public soon. natural encounters remodled.

and on a sad note, while at the Hosuton supermarkedt yesterday I saw half a dozen octopi in the display case. almost made me physically sick seeing them like that.

I've been MIA for a while, but I'm back for a quick stop...

I am only 10 DAYS away from my 2-month trip to NZ. Loads of planning still to do (loads of house-cleaning as well...*groan*) I have to be anal and make lists or I'm bound to forget something important, like my passport or air ticket...

And I've lost 3 kilos on that diet I'm on...4cm off my waist and 6cm off my hips! :bwave:

I'm so tired I can't keep my eyes open. Now, if only I could convince Son of Seareach to have a snooze...although he hasn't been having naps during the day for over a year, so I don't think I've got a hope in hell! Looks like I'll be kicking a soccer ball for the afternoon instead of sleeping. BOO HOO!

ELFIE!! I've missed you! Are you going to be leaving us for your entire vacation to NZ? Cause, even though I'd totally understand, I'd be very distraught. Congrats on the diet, too! :)

Oooh. . . New Zealand. . . that's a place I'd love to visit! Enjoy your trip, Elfgirl! :D

Today I feel tired. . . and still sick. I am beginning to think I need to see my doctor, as my throat has been sore for over a week now, and my ears hurt too. Stupid sickness. . . I think I'd better go off to bed now. 'Night!

No worries, like I said, I understand. :) I'll be here for a while.

I feel EXCITED!! Robin Hobb is going to be at a bookstore downtown today and I'm going to get my super awesome book of hers (that I paid a hundred freaking bucks for) signed. It's the # two pride and joy of my collection. I'm so, so, so excited.

And I also feel tired. Cause I didn't get enough sleep. Cause I'm a dumb child who should not be allowed to live on my own.

YAY!!!!

I feel like learning how to play the piano.

Is it too late for a 38 year old with little patience to try to learn?

I think it would be really cool to just start playing something wherever there was a piano.

Heh, I guess I must be too. Should've left after 2 beers at 6:30, not after several more at 12:30.
