I've been off the Watch myself for a bit, but welcome to anyone who's joined in say...oh... the last six months. Welcome, Be True, don't take any wooden nickels, and general words of salutation and wisdom to you!

Glad to have found my home in the Land

Greetings fellow fans.

What a joy to discover this forum!

I’m Borric, and a pleasure to meet you all.
I’m 40 years old, English and married.
I read lord fouls bane when I was 20?. Something like that. (How the years fly)

After going to a book signing.
It was mentioned that Mr Donaldson had a website. From there I found a link to Kevins Watch.

And here I am.
I cant promise I wont be opinionated or quiet.
But I will always be respectful and polite :)

If only I had know this site was here.
Just having a quick browse, I see so many topics I want to participate in.
Finally people who share a passion of mine.

Borric.

Love Feist...well, from Magician to the Serpent War anyway...including the Empire series which I think is the best. (The Krondor interludes weren't fantastic, but they weren't bad either).

Pretty sure there's a topic or two in Gen Fantasy. :D Look around, jump in anywhere, have fun. ;)

I first read "Lord Foul's Bane" when I was in high school (I am 46 now), and I have since read the series many, many times. I still love them as much as I did the first time. I just finished reading Fatal Revenant, and I can't believe we have to wait 2 more years for the next book, and 5 more years for the final book! Its somewhat amazing that I will be 51 before I can finish a series I started in high school!

I was doing a search for "Against All Things Ending" when one of the links led me here. I can't wait to talk about the Land with everyone!

Be Welcome to the Watch, Marny. Be Well Come and True.

You'll find lots of terrific SRD related discussion here, as well as a broad range of other topics. Feel free to come stick your head in The Galley, if you love to talk food.

(...yes, High L-rd...it was time for another forum promoting post...) ;)
