Doing ok....a bit sleepy though. I think the arrival of cooler weather is finally letting me catch up on all the sleep I didn't get in the summer time.

Going out with a friend of mine for Thai food tonight....can't wait!

Haven't worked out all week---somebody slap me please!

I am feeling irritated today... and yesterday too. Actually yesterday was worse. There are STILL feathers all over my living room. Also, I get a progress report that Alex is failing 3 subjects because she keeps forgetting to turn in her work... making ARD adjustments because of her ADHD. Then, to top off the day, Nick's kindergarden teacher called to tell me she is taking his scissors away from him for now because he cut his tongue... ON PURPOSE! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

I feel torn up inside because some people make me wish for Armaggedon just so I can hunt them down like animals with complete impunity and relish.

I and my shotgun will be waiting for you, then. But, in the case you do win, please remember that I don't taste good with relish.

Sounds like a great idea - hang in there, SQ!!

My younger son and I are both still pretty sick from ragweed allergies (which get our asthma going). We've both been to the doctor this week. The doc is tinkering with our allergy and asthma meds to see if we can get things under control. They gave me an albuterol NMT treatment in the office yesterday, which helped me start to feel better. It's amazing what being able to freely breathe can do for you!

Maybe by the end of the week we'll both be on the mend with the new meds. :cross:

Yeah, I am getting the asthma allergy monster rearing it's ugly head too. I wish I could do the bubble bath, but in order to get one I have to wait until all the kids are asleep or else I have them clamoring to get in with me... or tattling on each other, etc, etc. This has been a bad week. I vented everything to a friend and she said she may be able to take my kids next weekend to give me a break. Single parenthood totally sucks. I can't get out, don't get a break. Most of the time I can handle everything with a sense of humor, but when a whole bunch of stuff comes flying at me within a few days, I finally snap. I have to take the girls to well child checkups today, get Alex's vision tested because she is having a lot of bad headaches. A week ago I slipped on something on the floor and fell on Calli's huge plastic horse. The bruise is gone, but my ankle that slipped on whatever the *&%&*%*^*^ that was on the floor still hurts.

OK... I think I am done whining.

Wait...

Whaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Ok... now I am done.

I'm feeling meh. Ate too much yesterday. Can't control myself sometimes. The old, 300 pound me keeps rearing its appetite every now and then, to my 150 pound self's chagrin. I feel like a whale, though I know I don't look it to anyone but myself. Meh, will just jog five miles today instead of four, I think.

Can't wait for it Jwaneeta! And, look at it this way, even if you do "suck" (which I'm sure you don't) it should be a great laugh!

Of course you're right; it's all in fun. I certainly didn't fail at acting like a stupendous TCTC geek.

Duchess, I'm rooting for you. :D
