Harsh. I would never whinge--merely ruminate nostalgically on the name. All in all I thought it was a refreshing switch. But alas. If the "dAN question" is so tenuous perhaps it wasn't meant to survive. A bit of name Darwinism I suppose.

"dAN question" as in the existence of the name and its apparently problematic status, much in the same way Nazis used the "Jewish question" euphemism. Though as I've said, I always liked the name. Or at least the solidarity of there being a dAN.
