The problem with it is that I tried some half-transparency and not sure if it's possible to see through. Well, I see, but I know where to look and also made it as it looked fine to me - on my monitor, of course, and I also wanted it to be not too easy to mention on the first look, the opacity is high.

So, I'll be very grateful to know if anyone else can see through the flames.

Looks like there's something wrong with it, maybe not only with opacity. I'll go there to comment more, it's pretty much off-topic here.

Though at least it has something to do with getting more posts

Sooo, ten years (or so) on the Watch...10K posts...that's about 1,000 posts a year, or, very roughly, 3 posts a day. Not counting the EZBoard stats, which we don't have any more (or were we able to add those posts to our post count here? Don't remember any more -- too long ago....)

I cannot imagine having 10000 things to say in a lifetime.....

And yet, lorin, my children will attest that I have had many, many more than 10K things to say.

(I tried really hard to hit 10K before I went to bed last night. But I'd responded to everything I felt like responding to, and the only thing left was Mallory's. And I didn't want to do that. It felt, I dunno, cheap, somehow.... )
