That was from the episode from the Original Series (Tomorrow is Yesterday?) where Mr. Atos sends Kirk to Salem mass and Spock/McCoy to a planet thousands of years before Vulcans became logic-ridden.
The quote is by a Salem lady of ill-repute who overhears Kirk talking through the portal.

Well that is a challenge. Nothing comes to mind. I keep thinking it has to be an episode that involves someone with inferior education.
"A Piece of the Action" comes to mind but I don't remember the line there.
You got me.

Here is the answer:
STNG: "Peak Performance" DATA is playing a game of "Stratagema" with an arrogant Alien (Korami?) who always wins, and in fact beat him badly earlier in the show. He goes for a rematch and does not play to win, but plays for a prepetual draw. The quote goes something like...
"It is a matter of perspective Doctor. In the strictest sense I did not win."
To which thos asemble cry out for Data to assume vitory with a shout of... DATA!!
To wit he replies, "I busted him up."

This one might be tougher than it looks, do beware:
"Mind your own business, Mr. Spock, I'm sick of your half-breed interference, do you hear?"

EASY!!!
"What are little girls made off"
Scientist (mad of course) duplicates Kirk to take over Enterprise. Kirk thinks of this statement to send a signal to Spock that something is not correct. The Scientist was "Roger", I believe. And old love interest of Nurse Chapel's. He was dying and transfered his whole psyche into a 'robot' and then got the idea that such a technology could be the salvation of mankind!!
Did I get it?

That happened at the end of "Requiem for Methuselah". Spock eases Kirk's pain of losing Rayna (an artificial woman of all things)
