B5 season 5 wasn't as strong as seasons 3&4 - mostly for the reasons Cail mentioned. But there are some really strong moments, and the final few episodes are as good as anything else in the series.
Crusade was alright. I got the impression that there was a lot of ground work being laid in those 13 episodes that would have paid off later - much like 1st season of B5. Too bad it got canned.
