Beorn's begging me to make matzah meal rolls for his lunches at school. I guess I'll be doing some baking later today.

How do you make matzah meal rolls?

I make matzah meal muffins. They are pretty yummy. And two kinds of matzah meal cake.

And my husband is going to make his famous matzah meal pancakes for dinner. Yum!

Come ask in The Galley, and I'll be happy to share. It was my grandmother's recipe, although whether original to her, I do not know. The recipe may already be listed on the Index of Recipes. I'll double check.
