Oooooooh... shiny. 8O

I've had the same Star Trek wallpaper for about as long as I've had a computer. Occasionally swap it out for a cat pic or a screenshot from WoW, but always end up coming back to it.

I normally run with astronomical pictures, although I have used the Alexander the Great fresco from Pompeii. :)

When I got my current monitor I googled 1920x1080 wallpapers and used one of the top results (a skyline silhouette). I've not changed it since.

This thread actually reminded me of somethnig I'd been thinking of doing for a while; so tonight I took a few screenshots of Stormwind at night time for wallpapers. They're a bit busier than I'm used to, so will take time for me to adjust...

I wasn't sure about the third one when I took it, but it works. The first one's a bad angle.

Impressive, Murrin. Is that from a video game?

My current wallpaper at home is a Windows 7 freebie -- it's a series of photos from Ireland. They hired an Irish trad band to do the sounds, which is kind of cool. I might keep the sounds even when I get bored with the wallpaper and switch to something else.

I like that one a lot. Was trying to get a good shot of the sky over Deepholm the other night, but couldn't get it exactly the way I wanted it.
