Good thing. I've been to six different stores now, and still haven't found a post card. I'll try again tomorrow....

Do you need any from Wisconsin? I can't send one right away but I probably could eventually. If you want I can pick up a postcard when I'm in Italy in December too.

Question:
Will the kids get to take the postcards home afterwords or will the parents get to view them in school?
I have a habit to sent comical things for others to see.

Awww, thank you for trying so hard to find one.
Thanks AjK and Aliantha!!!
Auleliel, that would be great....just whenever. I'll PM you the address whenever you want, just let me know.
Cheval, I don't know if the kids will get to take any home or not. I'll be sure to ask his teacher.
Thanks again everyone!!!!

Okay, I got a postcard. A whole set of them, in fact. At the post office. There were no Florida ones, but there were Marvel Comics ones (half of heroes posing, half of old comic covers), so I sent a Spiderman one to him. I'm keeping the ones of comic covers for myself!

Ok, as of this am he's got two Wisconsin ones coming. One is a cute pic of a mouse sticking his head through some cheese (very stereotypical, but that's sorta the point.....

). The other is a nice, old style, map of the state, with illustrations. Ought to work well for a geography project.

The postcard from Roanoke was dropped in the mail today!
Do you want me to send one from Venice when I'm there in January? Or is that overrepresentation, since Auleliel is already sending one in December?

Thank you Mortice and Magick!
Magick, you can send one from Venice if you want. Maybe she'll use it as a memory refresher after the holiday break.

I'm sure that was only because the Hulk lunchboxes and costumes were all sold out.

I'm not going to Venice while I'm there, and I'm going from December 27-January 7, so it'll probably be a similar time frame for the postcards' arrivals. How about you send one from Venice and I'll send one from Rome? Then it's technically two countries (I'll be in the Vatican a bit while I'm there).

I had lunch with my son today and saw the map with the postcards. Just wanted to let Jenn know that her's was hanging up. They only had about 10 altogether so far. Next time I am there, I'll take a pic and post it so you can see it too.

Thanks again everyone!!!!

Sounds good to me! I'll be in Venice from the 14th to the 20th.
