Why be honest if you don't have to? :P

Yes, there's been an 'out of court' settlement - not Andelain...

Good point :)

Once again, I find myself being a floundering newbie - um, can you explain? :? I'm assuming the Close is another section, right? Probably should just have a browse...

Sorry Stevie, that was my bad.
I did actually consider making the words The Close into a link to the sub-forum, but was feeling lazy.
*nah, that's untrue.
I was anxious to get in to Gravin Threndor*

Anyway...

The Close is the sub-forum on the Watch where we discuss Religion and/or Philosophy. Questions of Ethics or Morality are sometimes posed as well. But...it has different rules than the 'tank and is, IMO anyway, a slightly gentler area of the Watch to post in...

Ah, you mean like how biological warfare is slightly gentler than nuclear warfare?

Oh, I don't know that it's *that* bad.

Well.

Maybe it is, at that....

Whoa, just had a look in The Close, very interesting read, fairly intense... This sort of thing...

Anyway, it's official - Aus states that have DST have fallen back - an extra hour to sleep in (assuming of course that there are no kids around - which discounts me...), and excluding West Aus which fell back a week or 2 back.

Yeah, I've been reading that one too. Pretty intense.

I didn't know Australia did DST. You learn something new every day (or at least, I do).

Having a cold makes me tired, so I'm turning in early. Good night.

That is a very striking landscape. Did you photograph that, StevieG?

No, not that one. I have taken photos from this spot and surrounds - but I was being lazy and got it online. The place is full of red granite (doesn't show up on the photo).

Thanks! It is one of my favourite places (disclaimer: I am not well travelled, so I'm sure there are wonderful places all over) - it has special significance for me because I was married on one of the beaches in this area.
