Vegemite is totally awesome! Here's something y'all should try...

Spread butter & Vegemite over a slice of multigrain bread, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over it & grill in toaster oven til cheese melts...DELISH!!

And besides, vegemite has B vitamins in it - good stuff. And it actually tastes really nice...if you've ever licked a beef stock-cube, that is approximately the taste of Vegemite.

The subtitle 'Concentrated Yeast Extract' was the butt of derision by some of my University cohorts one year...we renamed it "Constipated Beast Excreta"...
