At the risk of the Sgt. burying this under a mountain of random pictures, people should go check out the bad writing contest thread. There are some brilliant new entries there to make you smile. Also, we're extending the contest deadline till the end of 25 march which is sunday since Linna and Vraith needed more time. Still plenty of time for some of the rest of you to enter the contest!

Thank you, both for giving the idea and appreciating the results.

May I ask, would you start a separate thread with an invitation to vote or may I? Not so many people frequent this ad thread and I think much more may appreciate the scripts.

And it may be a good idea to make the quote you took for your signature a link - not only for now, people may become interested where you got that anyway and would like to read) And thanks for the idea, I guess I'll take a piece or a few myself, had to make some signature long ago.

Edit:

Guess I'll have to learn to choose a bit.

I think this post is enough, but if you feel like doing other things, feel free.

Thank you) I think some people won't give a second glance to anything "Mallory's", and some even not a first one.

Spammity spam.

There's an ongoing Bad Illustrating Contest at M's; we're doing covers for White Gold Wielder. Some hilarious submissions already sit in the thread, and more people are encouraged to participate. Submit your own masterpiece!

Oh, come now Sarge, it's not like you don't have the time to waste, I mean, learn how. Download Paint.NET. It's an easy program with about 1/10th of the features of Photoshop, but you can do some fun stuff with it. There are tutorials online.

Oh Lord, what have I done? Imagine the memes he's going to create with comic book pictures and random slogans...

Good luck, ahem, with the image editor, not with cracking the sky. Of the light and simple ones I like Photo Filtre photofiltre.free.fr/download_en.htm though it's mostly good for some quick editing, doesn't support layers even. Well, should be not bad for the start.

There's also a simple way around, though quite an obvious one, and not always good - just draw and scan or photograph it)

Mallory is an English surname thought
to be derived from a French word meaning
"beautiful" or alternately a different
French word for Mail (armour).
Spelling variants include Mallary, Mallery,
Malorie, and Malory. Mallory
is also a given name derived from the
surname. Its meaning is 'unlucky'
or 'unfortunate'.
