She is indeed sucking on that Dick's shake. It was hand-dipped, pleasantly creamy, and she made very short work of it.

She also had a Dick's Deluxe; a quarter-pound burger that just did not make the grade...not after she had experienced an In-N-Out 4x4. She is a big fan of the extra spread that comes with the In-N-Out Animal Style.

The third element of her visit to Dicks was their "one size fits all" fries. They were nicely seasoned, showed an appealing amount of skin, but ultimately were both limp and a little small...

So with all these double and triple entedres revolving around Dick's, is it fair to say you're all Cunning Linguists?

Well, I don't want to brag, but I do love to study tongues

I will try to get Julie on here to answer that.

Jenn: "A Taste of Dick's" is much better - run with it!

And yes, it's the thread that nearly got me banned from the watch....

Ali, you saw (as did we all) that Sarge and Julie are clearly very happy with each other. For that to be true after 17+ years, he has to be doing something right. Her too.

SD, EVERYONE saw that. It was sooooo obvious. What a joy to be around it as well. I nominate them cutest watcher couple of the year.... if that is even a category...

HAHAHAHAHHA! It is in big part your sparkling personality. You are smart, witty and have an eclectic fun sense of humor coupled with a teddy bear cuddly compassionate caring side which women find irresistible. I can totally understand why she's in love with you and she is a smart feisty firecracker who gives you lip right back with a perfect loving humorous touch. You guys are a perfect compliment to one another. And these are not just kind words, they are my honest opinions and you well know I speak my mind.

For those of you who don't know, a few years back I needed someone to listen, someone impartial and Sarge was there for me and he was a great listener and he really helped me put some stuff in perspective and feel much better about some stuff and to just get some stuff off my chest. I have always been grateful to him for that and I always will be.

Oh yes, back on subject. I haven't had Dick's but I did experience SF's in and out about six weeks ago. The fries were hard, hot and well lubricated but a bit too salty when I put them in my mouth. The meat was good and the condom-ents were such a nice compliment to the meat that I hardly noticed they were there and the buns were fluffed to perfection for the meat and very nice and fresh and perfectly rounded. Overall a very pleasant experience of in and out.

being an east coast guy never had the experience of the in-out. must be the west coast liberal thing. like some salty flavor - but not like a salt lick.

I'm a low salt kind of gal. I often find things too salty that others find not salty enough. I just like to taste the flavors of the food rather than salt salt salt. It's why I can only eat about ten McDonald's fries before I am salt overloaded.

why not order them unsalted? that also guarantees they will be frsh and hot. julie learnt me that trick. now back on diet will not be eating fries. :)

Sarge, give me Whataburger over In-n-Out Burger any day, you're not missing anything.

Wendy's too, is much better, IMHO that In-n-Out Burger.
