Yeah, all those films are awful. Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans are the worst I've seen, but all of that genre of just bundling up as many pop culture and film references as possible into one string of jokes is bad.
If ever there were signs of the downward spiral of modern civilization... :-x
I thought some of the Scary Movie franchise were funny, as well as Not Another Teen Movie.

Did anyone mention the Chronicles of Riddick? Which was sad because Pitch Black was pretty good.
