Loved Excessions. Wish all his books were as good. Player of Games was pretty good though.

I loved Player of Games...I once set out to try and model the game based on all available information...didn't go too well, but anyway... 
AADB is one of my favourite, despite not being a Culture book. Love the solipsist mercenaries.
