Mhoram facing down Trell and his Ritual of Desecration in the Close. It was that moment that I realized just how awesome Mhoram was. A great man.

My most memorable moment of the first chronicles has to be Ridjeck Thome, and the handing over of the white gold magic ring, all in despair. Truly a life changing experience. A wake-up call. A bursting out of one's shell, so to speak.

My most memorable moment of the second chronicles, was seeing the new Wounded Land paperback in a bookshop window, propped up like a trophy; knowing the experience of Ridjeck Thome had not only been real but was something special that could continue into the foreseeable future.

(My most memorable moment in the third chronicles, was to take the rites of the unfettered. In other words, finding a complementary magic to shape life beyond Covenant.)

Mine is in TIW.

"I am the seventh ward of High Lord Kevin's lore".

Shock and awe, just as if I were in Revelwood.

What I found most memorable was any encounter with Caerroil Wildwood. I find him to be a fascinating case study. To think of all he gave up to protect the trees, and for the centuries he lived through to do it...what a passion that shows

I find some confusion in Vizidor's post there. I never saw Covenant hand over the ring in despair in the first chronicles.

I never recall anyone taking rites of unfettering in the third chronicles, either.

If those happened, refresh my memory as to where they occurred!!

Covenant is trying to cope with mad, white-haired Lena... and finally he stumbles upon a way to define their relationship differently:
She is his Queen.
He is like Berek, her champion.

Or maybe the unfettered healer.

Or maybe the jherherrin... I was amazed. And it's hard to beat them for vindication!
