The softy lefty chooses to twist even the Latin to suit their flaccid argument. It should, of course, be argumentum ad sinister degeneris, but, of course, the brutal descriptive accuracy of the phrase strips your position back to it's hollow, vacant 'liberal' (read evil and debauched) core.
