dAN and I sometimes can't help but laugh at the reaction we get to some of our "sparring". Maybe we're so used to it now we don't realize what it might seem like. Its all in good fun. We are both 39 and I've known dAN since I was about 6. He's more like a brother to me than a friend. That might explain things.

We actually get quite a lot of work done. We both come in early and get some posting in before getting too busy.

eh, newbie snooby, it's no excuse. By the time I had been here as long as you have I was trying to take the place over, maybe even nearing my ascention to a higher plane of existance. So no excuses ok? You've had plenty of time to see what these two are like.

Actually, this is one of only seven boards I frequent, and the newest one at that. I can't keep up with all the fine nuances here - watching a soap opera would be easier!!!

I love Quantum Leap and its un-pr0nly ways. Yes, it had a limited time period in which Sam could travel, but that's because it was only possible for him to time travel within his own lifetime, with the inexplicable exeption of that Civil War episode. Incidentally, I thought Quantum Leap had one of the most disappointing endings in recent history

I thought Quantum Leap was okay. It varied from one episode to the next. Not bad.

I thought Quantum Leap was pretty good, although I have to admit, I'm another one of those who dislikes Scott Bakula, and think the show would've been much better with a different actor.

I've tried watching the new Star Trek (Enterprise), and some episodes have been OK, but, once again Scott Bakula really weighs the series down for me, Gary Cole could've played the same "type" character, and done it considerably better, IMHO. It's to the point now, where, I can't stomach more than half an episode of Enterprise.

I think Mr. Rogers could be less imposing, but other than that, I agree totally.
