Sort of. He do use scenes from the books but
something happens on the way... Too bad that it usually makes his covers quite horrible.

hehe- I'm glad I'm not alone on that WGW cover/banner- I posted this in an earlier thread...
"actually, I hate to say this but the cover of WWW chosen as the banner for this wonderful site was actually one I hated...it looks like, after they save the Land, (or get done modeling bathrobes for JC Penney) he is going to take her to a Van Halen concert in his TransAm"
I'm glad Whelan is doing the covers, I love his Dark Tower work, by the way, when is #6 out?
