Well, I wanted to take a name related to the Chronicles, but not a major character.
At Elohimfest there was a slight variance in the pronunciation of Damelon. I pronounce it with the a sounding like it is in the word dam. Others pronounced the a sounding like in the word dame.

I don't remember - who was Murrin in LFB?
When Covenant first visit Mithil Stonedown, a line Trell speaks to Lena:
Atiaran your mother is helping deliver the new child of Odona Murrin-mate.

Very obscure, I know - I spotted it in the glossary.
Oh, and: Dam-eh-lon. I say it the way it's spelled.

Wow, Murrin is so obscure that he isn't even referenced directly, only by inference as Odona's husband! Somehow I had the impression Murrin was one of the Bloodguard, then I realized I was confusing him with Morin.
As for my name origin...I think I get the award for Most Stupidly Obvious Movie Reference.

The Quisling's 'usermane' has a very deep and relevant meaning which he is not at liberty to discuss.

Is it:
Quisling (1940)
A word Norwegians are not very proud of having given to the world: it derives from Vidkun Quisling (1887-1945), a Norwegian politician who collaborated with the Nazis during World War II. He established his name as a synonym for "traitor", someone who collaborates with the invaders of his country, especially by serving in a puppet government.
or:
Quisling's great legacy now lay in the musical group by the same name. Formed in Madison, Wisconsin, Quisling's music is best described as "ecclectic noise rock" in the vein of too many predecessors to name. It is made up of Ben Granby on vocals and tapes, Kevin Rhodes on guitar, Nate Peters on bass, Brian Kolterman on keyboards, and Patrick Moore on drums. These men represent the finest the Nasjonal Samling party has to offer.

Quisling sees your research has bourne some fruit. Perhaps he has underestimated your resourcefulness.
Nevertheless, the essence of his secret is still intact - although he knows that there are some here who could easily discover it. For there are answers for those who know where to look, and how to interpret what they see.
Perhaps Quisling has already said too much...

by Gadget nee Jemcheeta
Jemcheeta has two elements, the first, Jem, is short for a fantasy name I used to use, Jemax, the second part, cheeta, is short for cheetah of course. It's shortened by habit, because on IRC chat, in the Undernet, the H wouldn't fit.
Jemax was made up on the spot, but Cheeta was specific to the people I was involved with on IRC. They were a kind of wierd breed of furries that wrote and read stories that focused on physical transformations from humans to animals, or somewhere in between.
Let's just say it was a wierd time in my life.
It runs together when you say it, no pause between Jem and Cheeta. Jem is pronounced as gem, or Jem and the holigrams. Cheeta is pronounced as cheetah.
