The man standing in the time machine suddenly began cursing, using words and phrases that Superman had seldom heard, his face turned red with embarassment and he then pulled his cape over his head and fell into a fetal position on the pavement.

Luckily when Doctor House limped by he regognized the man's symptoms, and treated him on the spot.

Thus rendering him impotent since the good Doctor's outrageous, and admittedly effective treatments were only to be used on humans, not Kryptonians.

Angry at having been rendered impotent, and bent on proving he wasn't, Superman grabbed a passing woman; unfortunately for him, her last name was Kaftan, and she was protected by the Incarnation of Death...

Death came swiftly to Supes as his molecular structure was slowly depolarized to the point that he simply disipated upon the summer winds.

Idly flying above the scene, Icarus saw Superman being blown to bits, and with a startled "Yikes! Better get out of here!" tried to flap higher and higher on his wax-and-feather wings. Unfortunately, the sun's heat began melting them, and with a scream, he started plummeting to the ground...

and impacted into the hard unyielding asphalt pavement of U.S. Highway No. 43 splattering the soft liquid contents of his all too human body before the shocked afternoon commuters that violently veered off the roadway and into each other and....

Having lost control on the DeLorean, Marty could only scream, horrified, as the car crashed against a large truck upon which Morpheus and one of the Matrix Agents were fighting for the life of the Keymaker...

Before the exploding truck could take his life, an astonished Morpheus was suddenly and miraculously whisked away to safety by the amazing Spider-man, who had been swinging en route to battle Dr. Octopus elsewhere.

....one of her old girlfriends who worshiped Buffy the Vampire slayer and had intended to ask the friend for advice on how they would have handled dealing with a vampire situation on the show but before the number could be dialed, an electromagnetic pulse knocked out all electrical systems throughout the city and as the Mystery Machine slowly rolled to a halt in the middle of a once busy intersection...

Mulder and Scully jumped from the van and began arguing over the cause of the interruption, while amid the growing dark it became evident that one old-fashioned iron lamppost was still shining...

meanwhile a 60's station wagon pulled up to the curb. with the Brady family trying to figure why they weren't at the Grand Canyon...

A White Witch on a sleigh drew up beside them. the Brady family happily jumped in and began munching on Turkish delight while Mulder hitched a ride secretly on the runners, leaving Scully standing under the lone lamppost in the falling snow...

Mulder spied an old top hat lying in the gutter... and Cousin Oliver building a snowman...

He scooped up the hat as the sled swooshed by, but lost his balance and rolled into a ditch under the root of a great tree. He froze as he heard the clank of armor on the road above him, and a sniffing sound...

"Sorry I kept you waiting, boss," said, Rosinante. "I must've took a wrong turning at the pass of La Munchiz. Then I got chatting to a cute little filly that goes by the name of Amira Hosbybe...".
