Sounds nice - probably too nice of an ending for SRD.
Hey what do you all think of Anele's name?
Backward for Elena for a reason?

No, SRD has said that the Anele/Elena spelling was just a coincidence.

SRD said in the gradual interview (I think it was sometime last month) that it was simply a coincidence.

Thanks dlb!
I still believe it is Kastenessen - Findail spoke of "fire in the north" that Kastenessen had been Appointed to deal with - it is my guess that Kastenessen would reappear in fire.
I am a little hazy as to WHY Kastenessen would appear - is it because he wants revenge on the Elohim/Earthpower? Does he, or would he want to destroy the Staff to get revenge upon Findail, like he swore he would?
Any thoughts out there?

That's an interesting possibility....

I think it's time for the Worm of the WE to awaken. I't the resposability of the Elohim to awaken it. Remember they mis-speak Word/Weird/Wurd and Worm.
The Elohim never gave acrap about the rest of the peoples of the world in the past--they only offered Appointeds to help the Earth not the people of it (the Colosus was to save the One Forest-Kassy was to put out the fires in the north) they never raised a hand during Kevin's war with the depiser, nor the Illearth War, they never helped out the Brathair either. Their word/weird/whatever is to care about the accutual Earth, and I beleive now they know it's time for it to come to a close...that's why their big warning to everyone is "Beware the Hafhand.." Covenant is the only one who can stop them from awakening the Worm..he is the Arch of time now.
The depiser probebly knows that time is coming to an end, and is just waiting for his escape.
Covenant won't let that happen.
Maybe TC will become the depiser, only so that he can stop the Elohim, or to stop him from escaping the Arch.
