SRD said, in the GI, that it wasn't a Haruchai. Of course, he didn't come right out and say it. But then, I'm not sure he's ever come right out and said anything in his entire life!!

Theory:Could be that the Creator and Foul are on the same level-that is instead of the story of the Creator creating the AOT as a place to put his world, the stars etc.......He is just as evil as Foul and made it as a prison and put the worm there to torment/eat Foul?Only for Foul to evade it until after a large meal it curled up and went to sleep(ahhhhh).I have wondered why Foul has never attempted to wake the worm-I think that it is very preferable to him to break the arch and get the hell out of Dodge befor the worm wakes up and gets its wits about it.Most likely wrong, but I have thought about it so agree or tear it apart as you may.BE TRUE

Waking the Worm doesn't destroy the Arch.
Foul would be destroyed by the Worm (or the destruction of the "world" as it wakes)
In the OT, TC thought that he had to fight the Worm to save his friends.
THAT battle would have destroyed the Arch and freed Foul.
