Actually, it did. Disgusting, isn't it that a schlockfest like Titanic will likely be the highest grossing film forever?

"Pretty good" is the best I can say about it. And I wanted to strangle Dakota Fanning, just so she'd shut up & stop screaming! Tom Cruise should have just reached around to the back seat & smacked the kid. And Tom Cruise IS a loser!

I thought it was good, underwhelming, but good. Though I'd have to say I enjoyed the Happening or Signs a little more...

I loved it, and it actually made me stop hating Tom Cruise.

Same, it came out at the time when I realised how great an actor Cruise is, and my opinions matured enough to ignore his personal life and focus on his acting abilities.

I may be completely mistaken, but it seems like the first movie where he played the fallibility aspect of his character really effectively. Before that he was always Top Gun. And I actually have come to a place where the less I know about celebs the happier I am.
