Even if you *did* read it, you wouldn't learn much, since it doesn't make any *^!#% sense. It's like SRD is taking plot development lessons from Toni Morrison. ;)

He warned us-he said he purposefully picked this passage because it gives nothing away... 8)

Thank you Dano. Won't this give everyone plenty to think about until FR comes out? :) :) :)

SRD does extensive re-writes, so I'm not looking for this until 2007.

Reading between the lines, I think Donaldson's got bitten by the bug at some point during the Runes book tour, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if a few months were shaved off the release date for FR. I think a whole year is too much to ask though, we can still rely on SRD to pore over every chapter at least twice.

A very intriguing passage and very well chosen, as I don't really understand any of it. The only thing that did understand was

that, for whatever reason, Linden hasn't given Covenant his ring back.

the Theomoch. And he/she/they are going to be just as confusing and annoying as the Elohim. Great. Just great.
Many thanks, danlo!

Thanks for posting it Danlo. :yourock:

Oh, and Furl's Fire... there wasn't really any need to spoiler that. Anyone who's read even the first couple chapters of LFB would have seen that by now ;)

Akasri:

True, but someone who hasn't read Runes of the Earth might consider that to be a spoiler.

thanks danlo. That was such a great teaser. I am so primed for the next one. It is pure agony not to have it in my hands right now. I think I will re-read Runes...
