It was, notoriously. Maybe that's because so many people in Britain read TCTC and saw what a wanker Kevin was.
Seriously, one can't blame SRD for not foreseeing cultural trends in a foreign country a decade in advance.

My name is Kevin. I have never been to Britain.
Other points of note, it sounds a little like Conan, who is the Destroyahhh, much like the Landwastahhhh. Oh d-d-d-d-dear.
Someone mentioned that Maybe the name Hile Troy is "Troy, Hile". This reminds me of "Trespassers William".
PS : In my case my name was meant to mean 'dear birth'. I hope they're still fricken payin'
